This 18 month job required repeated interaction with my neighbours about noise, flooding, workers violating work hours constraints and finally, repair of damages from the construction to my house.
From the first photos you took to establish my house's appearence, you were ahead of the process and guided me on what to watch out for. You combined foresight and management of continuing issues with dogged pursuit of repairs needed and their execution, all the while being meticulous about maintaining civil and polite interactions with all parties involved.
